Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are not refundable, as the room is reserved exclusively for you.
If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date and does not inform us:
The booking will be treated as a no-show
No refund will be issued
If you decide to leave earlier than planned:
Charges for the remaining nights are non-refundable
Date changes are allowed once, subject to room availability
Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original check-in time
