Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be simple and fair.

1. Standard Cancellation

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are not refundable, as the room is reserved exclusively for you.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date and does not inform us:

• The booking will be treated as a no-show

• No refund will be issued

3. Early Check-Out

If you decide to leave earlier than planned:

• Charges for the remaining nights are non-refundable

4. Date Changes / Rescheduling

• Date changes are allowed once, subject to room availability

• Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original check-in time

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
